Description
Water villa Wellness Deluxe adjusted for disabled 6 persons with sauna and Sunshower (inside on the upper floor) and jacuzzi and Kamado BBQ (in the garden)
These 6-person water villas are sustainable and have solar panels and an air/water heat pump. The garden is generously landscaped with a deck on the water. The kitchen has been adapted, as well as the bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor. The passageways have been made wider, making this type of housing suitable for the disabled.
On the ground floor are the garden-oriented living room with open kitchen with Siemens appliances, a separate toilet and a bedroom with en-suite bathroom. On the first floor are a second and third bedroom, as well as a second bathroom and second separate toilet. There is also an indoor storage room on the floor.
The Disabled home has been adapted with additional aids, such as supports in the toilet and shower on the ground floor. There is a high-low bed in the bedroom. The kitchen has been adapted so that optimal use can be made of it even with a wheelchair. This Wellness type is equipped with an extra luxury package (sauna, sun shower, jacuzzi and Kamado BBQ). The sauna and sunshower are located upstairs. The jacuzzi and Kamado BBQ are located outside.
There are two parking spaces at the house.
Information about the Jacuzzi:
Prior to your arrival, the jacuzzi is completely emptied, ecologically cleaned and filled with water again. We apply the national hygiene standards. Due to the sustainable construction of this holiday home, it is possible that the water in the jacuzzi has not yet reached the desired temperature when you arrive. The jacuzzi can of course be used immediately.
